Machining Capabilities
The machining capabilities of TEC Automation include a variety of manual and CNC machine tools. Tight tolerances are held using tested methods and equipment. The machine shop is staffed by a diverse and skilled group of flexible machinists who have combined machining experience of over 150 years. Part quality is maintained through in-process operator inspections.
Fabrication Capabilities
The fabrication facilities at TEC Automation produce both short and long run weldments. TEC can produce high quality, low carbon steel weldments up to 20,000 pounds. Additional capabilities include heat-treating and shot blasting.
Turnkey Services
In addition to providing high quality craftsmen, TEC supplies engineering, design and project management. This team is able to perform a complete range of turnkey projects providing a single source that eliminates over-design, stimulates innovation, reduces costs and reduces the time for completion. TEC Automation’s team uses SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
