TEC’s history includes the automation of brake pad assembly, dispensing of engine seals and PUR for exterior lights; machine tending for the load and unload, deburring and gauging of pinions and gears; press loading and transfer lines for body panels and chassis components, the loading and unloading of heat treat furnaces for aluminum wheels and differential and axle assembly and inspection systems.
We have built part-specific machining centers for drilling and facing operations for axles and shafts, robotic systems for handling and heat sensing systems for the inspection of cast brake drums.
