TEC Automation has developed a range of pre-engineered palletizing solutions. The Eco range covers basic robotic palletizing cells and TEC standard layouts; EcoFlex allows you to add pallet dispensers, stretch wrappers, weigh scales and semi-custom layouts and SuperFlex draws from our experience with fully customizable cells and arrangements and allows us to add transfer carts and auxiliary equipment for a custom tailored solution.
Eco was developed to provide wide range of choices and quick delivery of robotic palletizing cells. The cell robots, equipment, configurations, controls, safety elements and end-of-arm tools are pre-engineered and ready to be built to your order.
Eco covers the palletizing of cases or boxes, bags, drums, pails, cans, returnable baskets or trays and certain bottles. Other materials such as flat stock, rolls of plastic film or paper or stacks of printed materials are also part of the Eco series of solutions.
The Eco cell configurations have been established based on the weight of the materials being handled and the dimensions of the cell.
The range includes the ability to design and build unique solutions using our standard components as well.
